SIGNATURE PROGRAMS

NYC SYEP Ladders for Leaders Internships
Fully supported internships where students receive career defining experiences at vetted ABT worksites.

Job Shadowing Partnership
Corporate partners deliver on-site exposure and guided reflection for students exploring professional careers.

Business Insights Lunches
Senior industry leaders host a moderated lunch discussion with students to share real-world career insights.

Freelancer Exploration Program
Students are mentored through and paid to complete real freelance projects that build their professional portfolio.

Program participants are coached to submit a competitive summer internship application to the NYC SYEP L4L program.
