Joseph (Joe) Barclay is deeply committed to A Better Tomorrow’s mission. As a direct beneficiary of early access to the professional world, he brings a first-hand understanding of the impact ABT’s work can have on young people. At just 17 years old, Joe interned at JPMorgan, an experience that helped shape his career trajectory and reinforced the importance of exposure, mentorship, and opportunity at a formative age.
Joe brings over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, data strategy, and organizational governance across both mission-driven and corporate sectors. He contributes strategic insight in operational effectiveness, data-informed decision-making, and long-term planning to support ABT’s vision of helping students and emerging professionals define clear career pathways and achieve sustained success.
Deeply committed to community impact and opportunity creation, Joe supports ABT’s focus on bridging education and real-world work experience—ensuring programs are structured, impactful, and aligned with the needs of young adults and the communities they serve. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from New York University’s Polytechnic School of Engineering.
